According to the five principles of the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES), including Dependency, Responsibility, and Influence, Tension and Diverse Perspectives, to identify five key stakeholder groups of COC, such as: employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders and community.
COC value the opinions of all stakeholders and has set up different communication channels to each of them to respond to their specific needs .
Promoting Environmental Sustainability
Environmental protection, work environment and employee safety as important corporate responsibility indicators, and invested a lot of resources and efforts to comply with environmental protection egulations and workplace safety requirements. COC implements the PDCA spirit in accordance with the ISO 14001 provisions of the environmental management system and arranges annually Perform external audit operations and have passed the certification of the International Organization for Standardization ISO 14001 and obtained the certificate in February 2018 .
Energy saving and CO2 reduction
COC committed to energy saving since 2011 and achieved remarkable result,the average annual aving 1.82% from 2015-2019,beyond the government requirements. The CO2 reduction accumulated up to 530 tonnes, but the actual reach CO2 reduction to 2,567 tons, the CO2 reduction is 4 times compare to the original target.
Environmental, Safety & Health
COC is committed to achieving the standards of environmental, safety and health (ESH) performance, and providing a safe and healthy workplace through respecting and caring for workers as well as consultation and participation of workers. We will continuously improve occupational safety, protect environment and reduce risk of ESH .
