Panel parts are complex in shapes & cannot be carried out in single operation. The stamping process of panel depends on the design of product. Generally, the sequence of stamping operation starts with Blanking, Drawing, Trimming, Flanging, Piercing & Restrike, etc. COC owns 1 Blanking line & 3 Stamping lines, which fulfill the requirement of various parts of panel. The essential parts are Body side, Fender, Roof, Inner/Outer door, Front/Rear floor, etc.
